TheUnreal 0 Report post Posted October 14, 2018 Hi, I have made a game and I was going to start advertising it. I made a few ads to test for the best CTR but one of them got rejected and it said that it didn't comply with the terms of service. Even though there were nothing out of the ordinary on the ad. I figure the bots who moderate the ads messed up but I'm wondering if that will stop me from being able to DevEx. If anyone has any kind of answer that would be really helpful. Has that happened to any of you? The ad was pretty basic and nothing on it that would not go with the terms and service. I tried again by changing the name of the ad and it got accepted. But is this going to stop me from being able to DevEx?
Edward 19 Report post Posted October 26, 2018 Not an expert on DevEx'ing, but if it was the bot's mistake it probably won't effect devexing. dont quote me though
AsyncBanana 0 Report post Posted March 31, 2020 I had the same problem. I don't think it affects you permanently unless it happens a lot. And in that case, you could try to appeal.
AndreiMattPonayaDF 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2020 Hello there. Go on the DevForums (13+) and go to https://devforum.roblox.com/g/Mod_Review_Requests. Send them a message and ask them why your ad was ejected. Also send a photo of your ad and proof. Hope this helps!
